On November 21, Dr. Choudhary will attend to patients only until 13:00. Afterwards you can be examined by other present doctor, thank you for your understanding.

Dear patients, from 06/11/19 on, Dr. Kameníková will attend to patients in the FortMedica ENT out-patient office in Unicare Medical Center in Bořislavka every Wednesday. That means she can’t attend to patients in Poliklinika Modřany at that time. However, you can be examined by other present doctor instead. Thank you for your understanding.

On November 17, Dr. Choudhary will attend to patients only until 15:00. Between 15:00-18:00 you can be examined by Dr. Kameníková. Thank you for your understanding.
