Dear patients, please pay attention to the following changes in the office hours of our clinics during the summer holidays from 1 July to 31 August 2022.

 

FortMedica Modřany

As you are aware, we are already fully operational at the Modřany branch on an appointment basis for all types of examinations. So please always call before visiting the clinic at tel.: +420 725 828 068.

General ENT office will be open:
Monday-Thursday 7:30am – 4pm (only until 1pm in Dr Choudhary’s absence),
Friday 7:30am – 1pm.

Acute patients without an appointment will be accepted only in the morning until 12:00 (patients’ registration may be terminated earlier when the doctor’s capacity reaches its maximum).

Operation of specialized outpatient clinics (laryngological outpatient clinic of Dr. Taimrová, tinnitus and vestibular outpatient clinic of prim. Fořt and sleep clinic of Dr. Choudhary) will be maintained with a few exceptions. Please make an appointment in advance at tel. 725 828 068. Otology outpatient clinic of Dr. Skřivan will be closed for the entire holiday season.

In addition, external physicians, Dr. Lucie Chárová and Dr. Tu Do Van, will be present to primarily see acute patients on the following days: 7/13, 7/20, 7/29, 8/4, 8/17, and 8/29.

Audiometry will be open every weekday from approximately 7:30am-2:00pm except Fridays, when hours are only until 1:00pm.

The operating room will be open 2-4 days a week, according to the possibilities of the staff. To make an appointment for surgery, please call tel. 720 028 820 (we are currently booking for winter appointments).

 

FortMedica Budějovická

During the summer, the general ENT clinic at the Budějovická branch will be open as follows – MUDr. Černochová’s office Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 12:00, 12:30 – 15:00, Friday 8:00 – 12:00, 12:30 – 13:30. MUDr. Groh’s office Monday to Thursday 7:30 – 12:00, 12:30 – 15:30, Friday 7:30 – 12:00, 12:30 – 13:30.

Before coming to the office, you must make an appointment by phone at 725 741 117. The last patient will be seen 30 minutes before the lunch break and 30 minutes before the end of the afternoon working hours.

There will also be an external doctor, Dr. Štěpán Novák, who will primarily see acute patients on the following days: 20 July, 27 July, 17 August, 24 August.

The Audio Center will be open Monday-Thursday of each week according to the doctor’s office hours. It will be closed on 1 July, 12 July, 18 July, 25 July, 1 August, 9 August, 16 August, 18 August, 22 August and 29 August. On these days audiometric examinations are provided at the workplace in Modřany.

 

FortMedica Kartouzská

The branch Kartouzska will be open according to standard office hours.

FortMedica Smíchov

During the summer period, the general ENT outpatient office at the Poliklinika Profesora Řeháka will be open according to standard office hours, with a few exceptions. Please make an appointment with all doctors in advance by calling 277 779 735 or 603 420 074 (acute cases without an appointment).
