HOW TO GET THERE?

By car: There is a number of paid parking lots in the vicinity of the Poliklinika Budějovická.

By subway: to Budějovická stop (subway line C).

By bus: to Budějovická or Poliklinika Budějovická stop.

ENT OUT-PATIENT OFFICE AND AUDIOLOGY CENTRE

We run two ENT out-patient offices and Audiology centre on the 3rd floor of Poliklinika Budějovická. You can find the working hours of individual doctors and audiology centre below. You must make an appointment in advance by calling at 725 741 117

We ask that patients prepare a current list of medications to be taken, including grams, prior to seeing the doctor.

We perform specialized procedures such as BERA examination, vestibular examination, screening of hearing of newborns and five-year-olds, endoscopic examination of adenoid etc. in the afternoon. Recently we have started to carry out diagnostics of vertigo and whiplash syndrome using the Tetrax machine.

Before coming to our clinic, please always check the NEWS section below. Last patient will be registered 30 minutes before lunch break and 30 minutes before the end of afternoon working hours.

INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

In the current situation, there is still an increased risk of infection with the new type of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, so FortMedica staff takes care to carefully disinfect all areas of the workplace and to wear protective equipment. In the interest of maximum protection, we ask patients to respect the following measures:

there is still a need for making an appointment by phone even in urgent cases
patients must wear a face mask
patients must disinfect their hands immediately upon arrival at the reception
the receptionist and the patient fill in the Covid-19 screening questionnaire (if “yes” is marked at least once, the doctor will decide on the next procedure)
in the waiting room, patients must keep a distance of min. one meter or one seat

Are you having trouble with ears, nose or throat? In our general ENT clinic for adults and children you will be attended to without the need for recommendation from a general practitioner.

Audiology and otoneurology

We offer complex hearing and balance system diagnostics, including BERA examination, otoacoustic emissions measuring (OAE), neonatal screening of hearing and Tetrax examination.

Tinnitus and vestibular consultations

Do you suffer from annoying itching, rustling and whistling in the ears or balance problems? We offer you diagnostics and treatment of ear murmur and vertigo.
