HOW TO GET THERE?
By car:
From the Československého exilu street turn into the Soukalova street, where you can park right in front of Poliklinika Modřany (free for 3 hours with parking disc). Alternatively it is possible to park in the parking lot in Povodňová street or in the surrounding streets.
By bus:
Poliklinika Modřany stop (lines 117, 150, 157 and 190).
By tram:
Poliklinika Modřany stop (lines 2, 3, 17, 21).
INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19
From 4 May 2020, all FortMedica ENT offices will return to their original standard working hours. In the current situation, there is still an increased risk of infection with the new type of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, so FortMedica staff takes care to carefully disinfect all areas of the workplace and to wear protective equipment. In the interest of maximum protection, we ask patients to respect the following measures:
- patients must wear a face mask
- patients must disinfect their hands immediately upon arrival at the reception
- the receptionist and the patient fill in the Covid-19 screening questionnaire (if “yes” is marked at least once, the doctor will decide on the next procedure)
- in the waiting room, patients must keep a distance of min. one meter or one seat
- specific measures for the one-day surgery ward will be communicated to patients by nurse at +420 720 028 820.

ENT CLINIC
Dear patients, from autumn 2022 we have introduced a division of surgery hours into morning – for acute patients without an appointment, and afternoon – for patients with an appointment. However, due to the high patient overflow and the limited capacity of our physicians, the intake of acute patients often ends in the morning hours.
Before visiting our outpatient clinic, please read the guidance on how to distinguish between acute and non-acute ENT problems and when to contact your GP. In the event of face-to-face/telephone contact, please respect the information and instructions given by our trained receptionists.
Patients are asked to prepare an up-to-date list of medications to be taken, including grammage, prior to visiting the GP.
We ask for your understanding and patience if you are not seen at the exact time you have booked – each patient is seen comprehensively and therefore patients may be seen before you for an extended period of time.
Please be advised that you must excuse yourself from any appointment by phone/email at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the patient being charged a cancellation fee of 500,- CZK.

ENT out-patient office
Are you having trouble with ears, nose or throat? In our general ENT clinic for adults and children you will be attended to without the need for recommendation from a general practitioner.
ENT and cosmetic surgery
In our one-day ENT and cosmetic surgery clinic we perform procedures using the newest technologies. We specialize in laser and plasma operations.
Audiometry
We offer complex measuring of hearing including a prevention examination for work in noisy environments or heights and examination of divers or pilots.
Tinnitus and vestibular consultations
Do you suffer from annoying itching, rustling and whistling in the ears or from balance problems? We offer you diagnostics and treatment of ear murmur and vertigo.
Laryngology
We specialize in disorders of voice and swallowing, as one of only a few clinics, we offer the diagnostics of laryngopharyngeal reflux, throat sonography and NBI examination.
Sleep disorders consultations
We diagnose and treat sleeping disorders, including snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
Rhinology

Would you like to have your or your child’s earrings shot and are looking for a place where you can rely on high hygiene standards? At FortMedica outpatient clinics, we offer earring threading in the facilities of a modern medical facility. We use a gentle and quick method that allows us to inject earrings in babies as young as a few months old.
