By car:
There is a paid parking lot right in the area of the health centre.
By subway:
to Anděl stop (subway line B).
By tram:
to Anděl stop or Arbesovo náměstí stop.
By bus:
to Anděl stop.
ORL AMBULANCE
We run two ENT outpatient offices in the Poliklinika Kartouzská. You will find us on the 3rd floor of building A. Below you will find the office hours of individual doctors. We prefer accepting patients after prior telephone appointment (No. 602 208 556), but we also accept patients with urgent problems without appointment.
We recommend always checking the „NEWS“ section below before coming to our workplace. We accept the last patient 30 minutes before the end of the afternoon office. Thank you for your cooperation.
INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19
In the current situation, there is still an increased risk of infection with the new type of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, so FortMedica staff takes care to carefully disinfect all areas of the workplace and to wear protective equipment. In the interest of maximum protection, we ask patients to respect the following measures:
- we prefer prior telephone appointments to avoid a larger number of patients in the waiting room
- patients must wear a face mask
- patients must disinfect their hands immediately upon arrival to the building
- patients must fill in the Covid-19 screening questionnaire (if “yes” is marked at least once, the doctor will decide on the next procedure)
- in the waiting room, patients must keep a distance of min. one meter or one seat

Are you having trouble with ears, nose or throat? In our general ENT clinic for adults and children you will be attended to without the need for recommendation from a general practitioner.
