Dear patients, please pay attention to the following changes in the office hours of our clinics during the summer holidays.
FortMedica Modřany
As you are aware, we are already fully operational at the Modřany branch on an appointment basis for all outpatient clinics.
Please always call 725 828 068 before visiting the branch.
Opening hours of general ENT ambulances will be:
Monday-Wednesday 7:30-16:00
Thursday 7:30-18:00 (in the absence of Dr. Kameniková only until 16:00)
Friday 7:30-13:00
(in Dr. Choudhary’s absence from 08:00)
Acute patients without an appointment will be seen only in the morning until 12:00 (patient intake may be terminated earlier if the doctors are at capacity).

The specialised ambulance (Dr Taimrova’s laryngology clinic and Dr Choudhary’s sleep clinic) will be maintained with few exceptions. Please make appointments in advance by calling 725 828 068. Dr. Skřivan’s Otology clinic, Dr. Kaňa’s Rhinology clinic and Tinnitus and vestibular clinic will will not be open throughout the summer holidays.
Audiometry will be open every weekday from approximately 7:30 to 15:30, except Fridays when the opening hours are only until 13:00.
The operating room will be open 2-4 days a week, depending on staff availability. Please call 720 028 820 to book an appointment for surgery (we are currently booking for spring appointments).
The reception phone (+420 725 828 068) will be available Mon-Thu 8:00-16:00, Fri 8:00-13:00.
The surgery appointment phone (+420 720 028 820) will be available Mon-Thu 8:00-13:30, Fri 8:00-12:00, except on 28 July and from 7 till 10 August.
FortMedica Budějovická

Before coming to the branch, you must make an appointment by phone at 725 741 117. The last patient will be seen 30 minutes before the lunch break and 30 minutes before the end of the afternoon office hours.
When there’s no audiology nurse present, the audiometric examinations are provided by the workplace in Modřany.
FortMedica Kartouzská
The Kartouzská branch will operate according to standard office hours.
