Dear patients, please pay attention to the following changes in the office hours of our clinics during the summer holidays.
FortMedica Modřany
In the summer, we plan to switch to a system of scheduling patients for all examinations, including acute patients. So please always call before visiting the clinic at tel. 725 828 068. General ENT office hours will be Monday-Wednesday 7:30am-4:00pm (only until 1:00pm in Dr. Choudhary’s absence), Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm, Friday 7:30am-1:00pm. We ask for your understanding and patience if you are not seen exactly on time – each patient is examined comprehensively and therefore the examination of patients before you can take longer time than expected.

Operation of specialized outpatient clinics (laryngological outpatient clinic of Dr. Taimrová, tinnitus and vestibular outpatient clinic of prim. Fořt and Dr. Choudhary’s sleep clinic) will be maintained with a few exceptions. Please make an appointment in advance at tel. 725 828 068. Otology outpatient clinic of Dr. Skřivan will be open only on 8th July.
It will be possible to make an appointment for an indication surgery consultation with prim. Fořt on some Monday or Tuesday afternoons. Please call 725 828 068 for an appointment.
Audiometry will be open every weekday from approximately 7:30am-4pm.
The operating room will be open 2-3 days a week, usually Tuesdays and Thursdays. To make an appointment for surgery, please call tel. 720 028 820.
FortMedica Budějovická
During the summer, the general ENT clinic at the Budějovická Polyclinic will be open Monday-Thursday 7:30-12:00, 12:30-15:30, Fridays until 13:30. Doctors rotate in the outpatient clinic as follows:

Before coming to the office, you must make an appointment by phone at 725 741 117. The last patient will be seen 30 minutes before the lunch break and 30 minutes before the end of the afternoon surgery time.
The Audio Center will be open Monday-Thursday of each week according to the doctor’s office hours. It will be closed from 5 July to 18 July and 2 August to 16 August. On these days audiometric examinations are provided by the workplace in Modřany.
