ENT out-patient office Zelený pruh is moving to Poliklinika Budějovická

Dear patients, the ENT workplace FortMedica Zelený pruh will be moved to Poliklinika Budějovická between the days September 12-14 (3rd floor of the Green Building, Antala Staška Street 1670/80, 140 00 Prague 4). The new out-patient offices will open on September 15. On September 14, patients with urgent problems can visit our Modřany workplace. Thank you for your cooperation.

On Wednesday March 11, Dr. Černochová will not attend to patients – you can be examined by Dr. Groh instead (7:30-12:00, 12:30-15:00). The working hours of the Audiocentre remain until 15:30. Thank you for your understanding.

Zelený pruh Spring Break 17/02-21/02

Dear patients, during the spring break from February 17 till 21, Dr. Černochová will attend to patients instead of Dr. Groh. The working hours will be 7:30-12:00 (urgent patients) and 12:30-15:30 (patients with appointment). The working hours of the Audiocentre remain unchanged. Thank you for your understanding.

Zelený pruh 14/01

Dear patients, due to exceptional reasons, tomorrow, January 14, Dr. Kameníková will attend to patients at Poliklinika Zelený pruh instead of Modřany as a replacement for Dr. Groh. The working hours will be 8:00-13:00. The Audiology office will be closed. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to the reduced working hours on December 27, we kindly ask the patients to visit our out-patient offices only in urgent cases. Also on this day, the telephone for surgical procedures schedule won’t be in service. Thank you for your cooperation.
